Life Planners & Journals

Do you know what you're going to be doing next year? Or where you'll be working? Or even if you'll be able to take an extended vacation in Fiji? Life has a funny way of changing our plans, but as long as you have a long-term goal in mind - you can always adapt to achieve your long-term goals.

Personally, I've always found journals/diaries a bit difficult to maintain. I mean, who has the time to psychoanalyze their own introspection every bloody day? The thing is: you don't need to journal every day to get a result. I use my journal to work through difficult decisions - sometimes in prose, sometimes in pro/con columns. The process of writing itself can be cathartic. Either way, you'll make better decisions when they're thought out - and committed to your journal.
